The Devich Consulting Group has always worked with both individuals and groups. Our unique perception of people and groups encourages a kind of communication that builds understanding of the business, refines business strategies, and builds an enthusiastic and creative community. Here are some of our areas of focus:

Individuals: Each individual is unique and his or her talents are often underutilized by organizations. People need diverse opportunities and development in order to continue being contributors. The Devich Consulting Group works to define and make known talents of individuals and how they impact the strategic objectives.

Work groups and teams: The Devich Consulting Group works with teams at all levels, to develop trusting relationships as well as strategic thinking. This includes the development of new teams or working with established teams to enhance performance. With this combination of knowledge and skill, employees better understand the business and their efforts are more effective.

Executives: Periodic large group discussions bring together executives and middle managers to share their thinking about issues important to the participants. This sharing of information allows each person to return to their specific jobs, better informed and enabled to make significant business decisions. The Devich Consulting Group develops an environment where people are trained in group collaboration, where business issues are addressed both creatively and strategically.

Middle Managers: Middle Managers are included in these discussions because of a classic gap in communication between seniors and middles. MM's are today's implementers and tomorrow's senior managers. The Devich Consulting Group provides an opportunity for the development of MM's through these sessions.


Background of President
Throughout her professional life, Susanne has a history of working with people, both individuals and groups. Her insights are gained not only from experience, but also from twenty years of utilizing research about people and organizations.

Almost twenty years ago, Susanne connected with Roger Birkman, PhD, who devoted his professional career to research and the understanding of people and groups in a business setting. While Susanne is an implementer, rather than a researcher, she valued the information, insights, and objectivity that the Birkman Method offered her.

Because of this strong knowledge base, and an interest in creating environments where people can trust and work together for a cause greater than themselves, Susanne has made significant contributions to her clients' successes.

One entrepreneur sold his business for $30,000,000 cash, took three years vacation and has started another business. A start up technical company sold their product and achieved their financial goals. Acquisitions have worked and changes of leadership have been successful.
